At least 52 people have been killed in a bombing in Nigeria, and authorities are blaming the Islamic extremist group Boko-Haram.

They say more than 50 people planted bombs and attacked a village market in Borno, Nigeria.

The blasts also destroyed more than 300 nearby homes.

Boko Haram has yet to claim responsibility for the attack, but the terror group is blamed for thousands of deaths in the region during the past few years.

Northeast Nigeria has been under a military state of emergency since May 2013.
