Uncertain Ceasefire as Russia, Ukraine Reach Deal

According to a statement released by Ukraine President Petro Poroshenko's office, he and Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed to halt fighting in eastern Ukraine. But Russian-backed rebels have rejected the move.
The rebels are demanding Ukraine first withdraw its forces in eastern Ukraine and for the Kiev government to grant them autonomy in the regions they control.
Russia denies it has troops in Ukraine, although satellite images confirm Russian forces have moved into the country.
The military help from Moscow has enabled pro-Russian rebels to gain more ground in recent days.
Putin reportedly said he can take Kiev in two weeks if he wanted to.
