The head of the U.N.'s International Atomic Energy Agency is meeting with Iran's president in Tehran Wednesday regarding the Islamic Republic's nuclear program.

IAEA chief Yukiya Amano will discuss Iran's refusal to allow U.N. inspectors access to its military sites with President Hassan Rouhani and other senior officials, a key component of the most recent round of nuclear talks.

Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei says Iran will never allow access to its military sites.

Rouhani warned Tuesday Iran will resume suspended nuclear activities if the West breaks its promises.

The Obama administration, however, is standing its ground.

"Ultimately it's going to be up to the Iranians to determine whether or not they meet the requirements the international community has set forth," President Barack Obama said.

The U.S.-led deal would remove sanctions from Iran if the regime agrees to inspections of its nuclear facilities and answers key questions about its nuclear weapons research.

Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu continues to warn world powers that no deal is better than a bad deal.

The June 30 deadline to reach an agreement was extended to July 7.

Obama must present any deal to the U.S. Congress, which has 30 days to review it before the president can begin suspending sanctions.
