Officials in Nepal are ordering people out of damaged buildings after a second quake on Tuesday killed at least 65 people and injured more than 2,000.

"There is danger!" the officials called out over bullhorns. "Leave the buildings!"

Casualties were low because most people are still living outside after the April 25 quake that killed more than 8,000 people.

Tuesday's temblor set off landslides, blocking relief aid for victims of the earlier quake.

"Some [roads] are even difficult to reach by helicopter. We are facing monumental challenges here to support the government in these districts to have a credible response," Jamie McGoldrick, a U.N. official in Nepal, said.

Meanwhile, the search continues for a missing U.S. Marine helicopter that disappeared while delivering disaster aid in northeastern Nepal with six Marines and two Nepalese soldiers on board.
