Please carefully read the following information on how you can take part in the CBN Radio's Love Like You Mean It 2013 Cruise Giveaway from CBN Radio - and you might win one of three cruises (double occupancy cabins) for two departing from Miami, Florida to Grand Turk Island on Love Like You Mean It 2014 from Premier Christian Cruises including airfare up to $600 per person (see restrictions that may apply). Only participants who have met all of the requirements will be eligible to be chosen as winners.

The "CBN Radio's Love Like You Mean It 2013 Cruise Giveaway" sweepstakes is open to residents of the 48 states of the Continental U.S. and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of The Christian Broadcasting Network, Inc. or any of its affiliated organizations, along with their immediate family members (parents and children, guardians and wards) and/or those living in the same household as each are not eligible to win any prize. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Website's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (both incorporated herein by reference) and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
How to Enter:
Beginning November 1, 2013 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) through December 15, 2013 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) go to CBN.com/cruise and complete the online entry information. As part of your entry, you must provide a valid e-mail address where you can be reached from 11/15/13 through 12/19/13. By providing your e-mail address, you are consenting to the use of this e-mail address by CBN.com, and their respective production companies or their representatives to e-mail you in connection with this contest, for future offers and CBN.com-related updates. Limit one entry per person/email address per day irrespective of the method of entry. Multiple entries received in the same day from any person/e-mail address after the first entry received from that person/email address will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means, which subvert the entry process are void.
How the Winners Will Be Chosen:
Following the designated entry periods, from November 1, 2013 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) through November 15, 2013 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) -- Cruise 1, November 16, 2013 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) through November 29, 2013 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) -- Cruise 2, and November 30, 2013 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) through December 15, 2013 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) -- Cruise 3, CBN Radio will randomly select a winner from the entries received.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Value and Odds of Winning
(1) Prize(s) A cruise for two aboard Love Like You Mean It 2014 from Premier Christian Cruises including airfare, (ARV up to: $2,749 each). Airfare for two (ARV up to $600 per person) will be awarded via standard mail following successful notification of winner. Only participants who have met all of the requirements will be eligible to be chosen as winners. Odds of being chosen as a winner depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. Winners will be sent a Form 1099. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per household.
Conditions of Participation:
Prize is transferable. No substitution of prize by winner is permitted, but in the event of unavailability, CBN Radio will substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of CBN Radio, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes. Potential winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/ Liability Waiver and where legally permissible a Publicity Release within 10 days of first attempted notification. Failure to comply with this deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate prize winner.
Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for CBN Radio and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law, may otherwise use the entry in accordance with the terms of CBN Radio's "Terms of Use" posted on the CBN.com website. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold CBN, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the contest. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of prize. CBN Radio is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prize.
If the original e-mail to an potential prize winner is not responded to by the potential prize winner within designated time, that entry will be returned to the entry pool and an alternate entrant (in order of selection) may be selected until one (1) entrant is reached.
CBN Radio is not responsible or liable for computer error or any technical malfunctions of the Internet service provider's (ISP) network.
CBN Radio is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, CBN Radio reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. In the event the online portion of the promotion must be cancelled for any reason, remaining entrants will be chosen at random from among all eligible entries received at time of online termination and all e-mailed entries
DISPUTES: As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia, having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard for doctrines of conflict of law. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and entrant (and his/her parent or legal guardian) further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
