I wanted to report back to you about a request we made back in August. I'm sure most of you are familiar with our support of the MICS Boarding School in Zambia that we support and the orphanage as well as the second boarding school that we are in the process of building.

We've written and showed you photos of some of the wonderful children we serve there: Cristobel, Tolland, Josephine and many others, including our own "Little Prince". It came to our attention that Prince was in desperate need of a new wheelchair and we had asked for some special gifts that might cover the cost of buying and shipping this, our regular funds were pretty much accounted for.

Well, thanks to you and your generosity, the new wheelchair is on it's way and the new boarding facility is almost finished.

All of us at MICS are so grateful for your sponsorship and partnership in educating the vulnerable children in Macha, Zambia. Each one has expressed how much they are thankful for you and your help. Each night during the devotions and prayer before heading to bed, the boarding students worship and pray. Almost every night, someone asks the Lord's blessings on their sponsors; they also faithfully pray for Prince's new wheelchair to arrive soon!

We have been watching the progress on the new MICS 2 Boarding House and can't wait for you to see it. Just watching the building take shape gives more hope for the vulnerable children here in Macha. God is doing a mighty, huge thing here in Zambia!

We pray that God has honored their prayers to bless you and Orphans Promise! Because you care, these children have a future that is bright, and God-honoring.
