Helping Desperate Children in Vietnam

A young boy learns a trade that will help feed him.

Bikes, not cars are the main method of transportation in Vietnam. Learning to repair them is a valuable skill.

Orphan's Promise helps support a wonderful ministry in Vietnam. They teach young boys, many of them street children the skills of repairing motorcycles and bicycles, the main mode of transportation.

Also, in the country of Vietnam, the government does not recognize the existence of God, or the Christmas holidays. Boys & girls go to school as normal, and there is no school vacation to celebrate this Holy Holiday. However, Christmas is the only time of year where children and youth in orphanages, street children centers, can attend church Christmas programs without difficulty. For many of them, this is their only opportunity to hear about the Lord.

This is an opportunity that we engage in with our friends In Vietnam to promote Christmas programs and an outreach to the children to hear the Gospel story.

Thanks for your support of our ministries in Vietnam, and around the world, that enable us to spread the Living Word to a world that is hungry to hear it.
