Cucumber Tea Sandwiches

2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese
1/4 cup milk or 6 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons blue cheese salad dressing mix (use Good Seasons)
2 medium cucumbers, scored and thinly sliced
1 dozen stuffed green olives sliced
4 dozen cocktail rye bread slices

Soften cream cheese in a small bowl. Add milk or sour cream salad dressing mix. Stir until blended well. Spread on rye slices. Top with a slice of cucumber and garnish with a slice of olive. Make 4 dozen sandwiches.
