HOW DO WE PRAY AGAINST EVIL LIKE THAT OF THE NORTH KOREA DICTATOR? WHAT WAS GOD'S PLAN OF SALVATION FOR ALL OF THE MILLIONS OF PEOPLE WHO DID NOT KNOW GOD AND ESPECIALLY NEVER KNEW JESUS? Read Transcript

All right.

Well, we've got some great questions.

We're going to start with this one

from Donald who writes, "How do we pray against evil, like that

of the North Korea dictator?

Shouldn't we as Christians be doing this?"

Well, we certainly should be praying against evil.

But here's how you do it.

You say, Satan, I bind you and the forces of evil.

Now do you think evil is behind that shooting?

Do you think evil is behind Kim Jong-un?

Is that evil?

Yes, it's evil.

Well, I bind you, Satan, and the forces of evil.

And in Jesus' name, you do it.

And God will hear that prayer.

And He'll answer it.

But that's what you--

you know, the Bible says, before you

tend to spoil the strong man, you have to bind him.

Then you can raid his house.

But until you bind him, you can't spoil his house.

All right.

[INAUDIBLE]

Good answer.

All right.

Phillip says, "What was God's plan of salvation

for all of the millions of people who did not know God

and especially never knew Jesus?

How did God determine their salvation or their demise

to hell?"

Well, the Bible says that Jesus

went into the lower regions.

And He preached to those who were captive, awaiting.

So in a sense, the time between His descent

from the cross and His resurrection,

He apparently preached to the multitudes

of people who were waiting the final judgment in Hades.

I think that's the way it is.

I don't want to over-elaborate, because it's

a little hard to understand.

But that's what the Bible says.

All right.

All right.

This one from someone who says their name is

C. "When I pray or spend quiet time with the Lord,

even when I'm reading, sometimes I

prefer to have very low lights.

Other times, I literally go in my closet

and read the Word using a flashlight or an app

on my phone.

I pray or just sit with Him.

Is there something wrong with me or with my preference

in doing this?"

No, I think you want to isolate yourself.

You know, the more light we have when we're engaged,

our eyes are seeing all kinds of stuff.

And we're concentrating on the television program

or on the telephone or on some visit we've had

or something else.

So what you're doing is nothing wrong with it.

I mean, you're just isolating yourself to be with the Lord.

And I think that's very beautiful.

I do the same thing, because it creates

a more intimate atmosphere.

Yeah, it does.

So nothing wrong with you.

Nothing wrong-- absolutely.
