Bihar, India - Because of the recent flooding in India and Bangladesh,
more than 20 million people have been displaced. Water-borne illnesses,
such as cholera, have increased and people were stranded without food
and water. Operation Blessing has teamed up with the Emanuel Hospital
Association to assemble and distribute more than 3,000 disaster relief kits,
designed to feed a family of eight for one week. Each kit contains rice,
biscuits, hygiene products, candles, matches and chlorinating tablets that
will cleanse water.

West Africa: Throughout our CBN WorldReach centers during the month,
25,590 people were presented the Gospel in 59 outreaches with 2,936
praying to receive Jesus as their Savior. We provided fresh water wells in 8 rural communities in Nigeria and
Ghana with a combined population of about 10,000. Le Club 700 is now airing in CAR (Central African Republic) and
immediately after the first broadcast, we began receiving phone calls
from viewers.
South Africa: At our media ministry centers during the month, 16,296 decisions for Christ were made through 98 events. We signed a contract with Citizen Television in Kenya to air two feature
films around Christmas. Additionally, Adonai Television requested licensing agreements for CBN productions.

We received a praise report that Le Club 700 is well received by the military personnel stationed in the village of Bilma, Niger. Pray that many hearts will be changed through our broadcast.

United Kingdom: CBN provided the Salvation Army with financial
assistance after the flooding caused severe damage to crops, homes,
cars and property in England.
Over 2,000 calls were received at our prayer center during the month.
People asked for advice on addiction, marriage and family.
Netherlands: Audience surveys are taking place to measure response to The 700 Club broadcasts via satellite and cable.
Germany: Our host of The German 700 Club has set up a small office where he is answering phone calls from viewers.
Romania: We are partnering with East Live Waters to distribute clothes, raisins, toiletries, shoes, toys, shampoo and soap to the people of Romania. Over 100 elderly people are blessed through our soup Kitchen every month. Clean tap water is being provided for many who have no running or clean water.

In Hunan province where flood waters have destroyed crops and homes, clothes and nutritional supplements
were distributed to more than 10,000 people. Additionally, school bags, clothes and
vitamin supplements were provided for 7,000 children.
Medical checkups and treatment were given to 753 villagers in central
and western China. About 18 celft lip/cleft palate procedures and 12 heart surgeries were completed. 210 solar ovens were distributed in Gansu
province benefiting 1,382 people.

The following programs air in ten mega-cities of Russia: Home of Living
Stories, Monday - Wednesday; The 700 Club on Thursday and Friday (potential
audience 20 million). On the central Moscow station, Ladies Club
is aired three times a week (potential audience 29 million).
A summer camp was held in Skadovsk, Ukraine for 230 children from
an orphanage in Kherson. Lessons from our life skills curriculum were taught
along with games, songs and dramas. Several of the kids accepted Christ
and many others expressed a desire to make positive changes in their lives.

responded to our weekly TV programs through calls, letters and email.
20,540 people viewed the Jesus film in 100 shows and 1,255 prayed for
salvation.
8,250 benefited from 39 fresh water bore wells drilled in the states of
Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh.
53,756 people were given dental, eye and medical services and 2,744
received glasses. Additionally, 4 cleft lip/palate procedures were conducted;
1,190 HIV patients were provided medicine and counseling and 94 cataract were completed.

After the Gamkonara volcano erupted, the OB emergency team was on location to give medical aid to 509 patients. About 750 family packets were
distributed containing soap, detergent, tooth brushes, tooth paste, a bucket,
water scoop and a towel.
Indonesia is a country with the highest number of blindness cases in
Asia where 3.2 million have cataracts and half of those people are blind.
OB performed free cataract surgeries on 12 patients.

Peru: After an 8.0 magnitude earthquake struck Peru, OB’s in-country
disaster relief
teams provided aid in the hardest-hit areas. Teams
administered medicine and IV’s to the injured as well as distributed food,
water and blankets to survivors.
Mexico: Our staff held a brunch for influential people in Mexico, which
included mass media professionals, businessmen, television personalities
and Christian ministry personnel. The event has resulted in more workers for
our prayer centers and allowed CBN to step further into the Christian media and make a path for future alliances.
Costa Rica: Club 700 Hoy
will now be aired on a secular channel, Extra
TV42, with a potential audience of 800,000 people. Their board of directors
is excited to have a program with Christian values aired on their station.
Brazil: A contract was signed with Red Gospel to air the Portuguese version of
The 700 Club called Clube 700.
The shows will air throughout Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador and Brasilia with a potential
audience of 70 million people.

A team in the Dominican Republic is working on opening seven new counseling centers around the
country. Pray that God will provide the needed the resources for the new facilities.

Through various projects and outreaches during the month, 8,325 people prayed to receive
