Ek Nayee Zindagi means “A New Life” in English. This daily 30-minute Hindi program follows a host-driven magazine format.
It has been on air since September 2005 and has received tremendous response from viewers, judging by the more than 20,000 phone calls that are received monthly, as well as the stories generated of how many families have been touched.
The program has evoked a response from the Hindi-speaking community well beyond the Indian border to Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Mongolia, the Middle East, UK, South East Asia, the Pacific Islands, Australia, and New Zealand.
The program received The Galilean Award for the Best Christian TV Program in India in 2006.
In order to develop the program further for this market which is largely in Northern India, the show has moved production to a new studio in New Delhi, the capital city of India.
