El Nino Could Cause Wet Winter Wonderland

It's going to be a pretty wet winter for the United States this year, according to the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration.

In its winter forecast they said the season will be heavily influenced by one of the strongest El Ninos on record.

That means the country will see lots of rain but not necessarily the same amount of snow.

The extra rain could be good news for California, which has been dealing with one of its worst droughts. But forecasters are still not sure if that will be enough to fill its reservoirs.
