Police arrested a 19-year-old in Pennsylvania on terror charges.

They say Jalil Ibn Ameer Aziz pledged allegiance to the Islamic State group, and he used at least 57 different Twitter accounts to spread its propaganda.

Aziz is a U.S. citizen from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He made his first appearance in federal court Thursday.

Federal authorities also recovered a backpack with ammunition. The supply suggests he might have been plotting an attack.

The bag contained a high-capacity magazine loaded with ammunition, a modified kitchen knife, a thumb drive, a tin filled with medicine and a face mask similar to those worn by Islamic State jihadists.

There are also reports that Aziz discussed traveling to ISIS-controlled territories in Iraq or Syria to purchase a female slave.
