Poll: Americans Got 99 Problems and the Government is No. 1

President Ronald Reagan often said government isn't the solution, it's the problem -- and apparently Americans these days agree.
A new survey from Gallup shows that in 2015, Americans considered government the biggest problem facing the country now.
Sixteen percent ranked government as the top problem, with the economy at number two.
Americans also ranked government as the biggest problem in 2014.
