A Minnesota man with ties to the Islamic State is accused of threatening to "shoot up" a Walgreens.

Police took 23-year-old Abdul Raheem Habil Ali-Skelton into custody early Sunday after he threatened to open fire on everyone in a Walgreens store in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.

"Dispatch advised they could hear the man yelling through the store's phone that he was going to kill everyone," Brooklyn Park Chief March Bruley told Fox 9.

Ali-Skelton now faces three felony counts for making terrorist threats.

These latest charges follow last week's charges of lying to the FBI about the last time he'd been in contact with ISIS jihadists in Syria.

The suspect is being held at the Hennepin County Jail for issuing "threats of violence," Brookly Park police said.
