Cuban Pastors 'Cautiously Optimistic' About Restored Relationships With US

The Obama administration's normalization of relations with Cuba is prompting American churches to take a second look at missions opportunities on the island.

The easing of travel restrictions on the U.S. side is facilitating missions trips although the Cuban government still requires visas for every trip and requires American missionaries to work with only one Cuban denomination per visit.
 
Fast-growing Cuban churches are cautiously optimistic about partnering with American churches.

CBN News spoke with Brian Stewart, founder of Action Cuba, about missions in Cuba. He recently returned from his 50th missions trip to the country, where he leads teaching teams that help to train Cuban pastors. Click play to watch.
