The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN), in partnership with the The Bridge, is excited to host a Community Fair on Saturday, June 1, 2019, at James Monroe Elementary School, 520 W 29th Street, Norfolk, VA, 23508. We are delighted that you will be participating in this exciting event! Our theme is:

Although there is no fee required for your participation, any tax deductible contribution would be appreciated and applied to the expenses of the event.

You will be notified of acceptance by return email and will receive a schedule of events and set up information by May 25th

General Information

• All service providers/exhibitors must set up between 7:00-11:00am and break down between 5:30-6:30pm the day of the event.
• Service providers/exhibitors will be provided 1 table and 2 chairs in a 10' x 10' area. Service providers/exhibitors must supply table cover. Please indicate additional space needs in your application.
• Everything must be confined to the allotted space unless approved in advance.
• Each service provider/exhibitor is responsible for CLEAN UP after the event. Clean up must be completed by 6:30pm. No trash or other items shall be left on site.
• No pets on site. Bona fide "assistance" or "service" dogs are permitted.
• CBN/The Bridge reserves the right in its sole and complete discretion to require removal of any items which are deemed unsuitable to the theme of the fair.
• I understand that it is recommended that I carry my own general liability and product liability insurance, as this coverage is not provided. Participation in the LAUNCH Community Fair by the above named service provider/exhibitor without adequate or proper insurance is at their own risk. If applicable, please email your certificate of insurance to elizabeth.moore@cbn.org

Responsibility. Although there will be security on site, all product and equipment is the responsibility of each service provider/exhibitor and CBN/The Bridge will have no responsibility for it. One adult person must remain at booth a all times throughout the event.
