Aid for Families of West, Texas Plant Explosion

By Operation Blessing International

WEST, Texas – In an effort to help the survivors and first responders of the West, Texas, fertilizer plant explosion, Operation Blessing partnered with the SoupMobile, a mobile soup kitchen based in Dallas, to bring aid to those affected.

Operation Blessing teams delivered more than 6,000 lbs. of food, drinks, hygiene products and other relief for distribution earlier this week to affected families.

Mercury One also helped by donating funds to provide residents with free gasoline.

“With Operation Blessing’s donation and the support from Mercury One, Sleep Inc and others, we were able to truly bless those that were affected by the fertilizer explosion,” said SoupMobile’s Lon Ricker.

Thank you for your continued prayers and support as the families of West, Texas, work to recover and rebuild their lives!
