OPERATION PRAYER SHIELD
PRAYING A SHIELD OF PROTECTION

CBN Is Calling The Nation To Pray For You!
We are asking God to build a shield of protection
around each of you and your families back home.

Many of our partners want to send you
a personal greeting of encouragement.
Please know that you are loved and
appreciated and we are storming
heaven’s gates on your behalf.
Thank you for your valor and courage.

Psalm 3:3 –

“Thou O Lord, art a shield about me,
you are my glory and the
One who lifts my head.”

From the Larson Family: Our family wanted you to know that we are praying for you daily. Our flag will continue to fly until you are home and the evil rulers of this world have been conquered. We cannot express how much we appreciate the sacrifice you make to protect our country and the lives of innocent people in other countries. We know the Lord is with you and He will give you the strength and courage you will need. In Joshua 1:9 is says, "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous, do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." Please ignore all the "war protesters" they do not represent the majority of Americans. It makes me wonder if they ever paid attention in school during history class. If our ancestors had not fought for our freedom in the past, they wouldn't even have the freedom to protest. You are doing what is right and we support you 100%. Remember the Lord loves you and He is right there beside you. We will be praying for you and your families. We pray that you will return home safely very soon.

From Jackie: You are in our hearts and in our prayers continually. Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. (2 Cor 1:2-4 NIV) Be comforted in knowing that the Almighty God is for you, and if God be for you, who can be against you. NO ONE! God bless you.

From Dixie: Safety, well being, and wisdom with clear guidance from our heavenly Father are being prayed over you. The women's intercessory prayer group I attend is fervent in prayer for continual divine protection and divine guidance for you. I pray you will memorize Psalm 91 and let it be on your lips. Father, in Jesus' Name, I pray that those Service men and women reading this receive understanding and revelation of Your wonderful love for each and every one of them. I ask you to reveal yourself in a personal way to each one. I pray that as each reads Your Word daily, they will see over and over Your wonderful love and covenant promises, knowing that Your Word will never pass away. Amen.

From Patricia: As you "ramp-up", so-to-speak, to do that job you have trained so hard for... i.e. … providing military might for your country, for all of your family and extended family of citizenship, know that we are fasting and praying earnestly for you and your loved ones daily. I pray that you will have the consolation of the Holy Spirit when you feel discouraged, the sense of the warm, fuzzy hugs of the loving Father when you just need a daddy to talk to, and the ever-present love of your brother Jesus each and every day you are away. God speed and come home soon, my brothers. You are greatly loved and appreciated.

From Sandy: We are thinking about you tonight and about how you must be feeling during this time. Thank you for being there for me and the rest of America. I pray that God, your Creator, will keep you strong and safe each day. God bless you.

From Chris: My 8-year-old son and I pray for you and the President several times each day. Having been in the service during Desert Storm, I understand the feelings you may have. When you trust in God, the rest won't matter. It sustained me through many harrowing moments.

From Irene: Thank you for all the hard work you have done for us to feel protected, may God watch over you and protect your families while you’re serving our country. I have a little brother who is serving in the army in Kuwait, please pray for him (Robert B.) Many blessings and may God protect you always.

From Richard & Patricia: Thank you so much for all the work and risks you are taking while serving our country. My husband is a Viet Nam veteran. Both of us are so thankful for the men and women who are now serving our country. No matter what anyone else may be saying we know the importance of men and women like you. You are in our prayers and we stand on the word of God according to Psalm 91. We know that you are in the " Shadow of the Almighty" and through Him all things are possible. God Bless and keep you all.

From Pam & Blair: We hold you up before Our Heavenly Father in the Name of the Lord Jesus. May our God go before you and behind you and with you to protect you. Be at peace and confidant in His Victory Banner of Love over you. We thank you for protecting us from "harms way" and the enemy. Bless you all.

From Donna & David: Thank you for voluntarily going into harms way so that our family can be safe and free. I pray for every one of you everyday and thank God that America has those willing to die for freedom, not just here, but in the world. May God Bless and protect all of you and please know that you are loved.

From Mavis, a mother waiting for her son’s return: I, being a mother of a military serviceman in the United States Navy, want you to know that there isn't a day that goes by that I don't pray for our nation and the troops that are there for our freedom.
I understand the fact that no one wants to go to war but there are times when this is necessary to assure that our nation remains whole. I applaud the strength that you have in the decision that you made in joining the military. When you set out on your mission there was always the chance that war would happen. Like I told my son via e-mail, since he is among you overseas, "Remember the reasons that you joined the military. Don't let anyone distract you from your beliefs. When times get hard and you start to doubt your inner self, remember that there are millions that are praying for you. But most importantly hang on to the fact that God didn't send you there alone. He went with you and will remain by your side until your safe return." Thank you all for your courage.
You are and will remain in my daily prayers.

From Carol: I pray for your protection and safety. May God bless you and your family members.

From Sandy: We at home appreciate what you are doing to protect the U.S.A. and preserve our freedom. May God be with you and keep you safe. You are in my thoughts and I pray for you and your families every day. God Bless All of You.

From Craig & Anne: God bless you and keep you, encourage you and strengthen you and protect you. Psalm 121 says that the Lord is your keeper if you know Him as Lord and Savior. May He cover you with His hands and may you know that He is with you guiding you, instructing you, and comforting you. Thank you for your valor and commitment to freedom. We are praying for you.

From Mrs. M. Marshall: I am praying and thinking of you and support our President and all of you 100%. I am praying Psalm 91 you and your families and over our President and this great nation.

From Mike & Judy: Just want you to know that we're praying for each of you, asking God's shield of protection over the air, land, and sea wherever you are. We're praying that God is guiding President Bush and your commanders every step of the way, so that God's will can be accomplished for all. We're claiming Psalm 91 as you go into battle. Put your trust in God and know that a large majority of Americans are supporting you and your families.

From Karen: "Lift up a banner against the walls of Babylon! Reinforce the guard, station the watchmen, prepare an ambush! The LORD will carry out His purpose, His decree against the people of Babylon." (Jeremiah 51:12) The LORD is your Banner! He will richly bless you. I am fasting and praying for you. Thank you for your courage. Your strength is in the LORD!

From the Roberts Family: We would like to express our deepest gratitude and admiration for your service and sacrifice to our country during this time of crisis. We want you to know, wherever you are in the world, millions of Americans at home and abroad are praying for the spiritual and physical well being of you and your family. We pray that the Lord will be your shield and comforter and will grant you with the peace that passes all understanding. Best Wishes and God Bless.

From Jean: I am agreeing in prayer with millions of other believers across the nation that God will keep you safe and give you courage. We greatly appreciate your sacrifice for our country. I pray that God will give you peace and assurance that you are not alone. God Bless you.

From the Verace Family: Our family is behind you 1000% and prays daily for you and your families’ back home. We have 3 young boys who carry their GI Joes all over the house with them, sit them beside them at the table and snuggle them in bed at night. We have instilled in them to respect, love, and especially to pray vigilantly for our soldiers. Know that millions across this nation are looking to you and praying for your safety, courage, focus and that you will be blessed with strength and peace of heart.
We pray that the minds of the enemy will be confused, their plans will be in disarray and that the end of this situation will come quickly and triumphantly. God Bless You!!

From Joan: I know you are all in a perilous position. I want to thank you with all my heart for leaving your homes and families to put your lives on the line to protect the freedom of those of us who remain at home. You are in my heart and in my prayers daily. I pray that you all get home safely.

From Dorothy: My prayers are with you continually, for what you are doing for America, me, my family, and all other families. I pray for a hedge of protection around you and that peace fill your hearts... that wherever you are, God has gone on before and prepared a safety net for you ... that the enemy might become confused, disorientated, and run. We serve an awesome God, and HIS promises are true. If we will keep HIM on our side, what have we to fear??? Thank you for taking my place. I will do my part in uplifting you to our Lord and Savior. May you be coming home soon. Love and blessings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, our ever present help in time of trouble. HE said, I will never leave you, nor forsake you … I am claiming that promise.

From MaryJane & Cody P.: We want to thank you for your dedication and service in our armed forces. May God guard and protect you and allow you to accomplish all that is set before you without harm or casualty, and may God go before you and make the path straight and safe. May God guide your every footstep. May God hold you safely in the hollow of His hand and bless you and keep you. We are praying daily for the safety and well being of our troops. We have family in the service at Fort Hood and Colorado Springs. We will continue to support all of you with our prayers. Come home safe.

From Dee: I am honored to be in prayer for you and your comrades. I tithe to our Vets, both paralyzed and disabled in past wars and will call your name[s] daily as I talk to my Jesus. I also pray for guidance & protection for Pres. Bush and his family daily. He is truly called of God for this moment in time and I am delighted at his proclaiming his faith wherever and whenever. Again, keep on keeping on and our Precious Lord will protect you and yours as you give your all to protect our nation. I am a walking miracle [health problems] & should be dead, but I'm alive and kicking and loving the Lord more and more as I watch Him at work in my life. I also know personally He has one heck of a sense of humor and I just love it. He and I chuckle lots as He knows just how and when to talk to me and lead, protect and I feel His love and protection so often, I just know when I pray He hears and will touch the one who's name I call out to Him. So darlin, your covered daily and when you’re afraid, remember some strange old lady is in your corner reminding our Lord to protect and let you feel His presence.

From The Son Life Chapel Prayer Teams in Tucson, AZ: Just to let you know that our Prayer Teams are praying for you and your families daily. There is no way to really thank you for being out there in harms way and being willing to fight for our freedom, and the freedom of other countries! We KNOW that God has HIS shields up over His people! Be assured that we will continue to pray for you daily through all that lies ahead for you and for America. We support our President and you during these perilous times.
We send our love and Blessings!
