MEANING AND BEAUTY AND JOY,

AND WE WANT TO SPREAD IT AND

STRESS LESS AND SMILE MORE

THROUGHOUT THE HOLIDAY

SEASONS.

SO LET'S START WITH SOME

BASICS.

THANKSGIVING IS HERE.

CHRISTMASTIME, CONNECT

PEOPLE BY MAKING A PHOTO

SET.

SOMETHING THAT IS FUN.

SOMETHING YOU CAN TAKE

PICTURES OF THE FAMILY.

MAYBE GET A PILGRIM HAT.

A LITTLE TURKEY PUPPET.

HAVE EVERYBODY POSE AND MAKE

A SIGN THAT SAYS THE HOLIDAY

AND THE YEAR.

PRINTOUT THE PICTURES AND

YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO GIVE

BEFORE THEY LEAVE.

THEY CAN ALL TAKE PICTURES

TOGETHER AND HAVE A BLAST.

LITTLE AND HIT THE PHOTO

BOOTH A LITTLE EARLIER AND

HAD SO MUCH FUN.

IT KIND OF DESTRESSES

EVERYONE.

AND ALSO MUSIC.

MUSIC IS SOMETHING THAT

MAKES US ALL SMILE AND ENJOY

EACH OTHER'S COMPANY.

AND IF YOU FIND OUT YOUR

TIME, YOU CAN DO A LITTLE

PRE-HOST PLANNING AND MAKE A

C.D. OF EVERYBODY'S FAVORITE

THE PARTY.

AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO

STRESS OUT.

I HAVE MY KIDS TAKE THEIR

CRAYONS AND MAKE SNOWMEN.

YOU COULD DO IT RIGHT AT THE

PARTY.

YOU CAN TAKE PICTURES AND

SCAN THEM AND MAKE THE C.D.

COVERS.

THIS IS N MY GRANDFATHER,

AND WE FOUND AN OLD PICTURE

OF HIM AND MADE A C.D. FOR

HIM.

IS ALL ABOUT THE FOOD, AND

IT BETTER BE GOOD.

LET'S TALK ABOUT THE FOOD.

MY FAMILY IS FOODIES AS

WELL.

BUT RATHER THAN STRESSING

OVER 10 SUPER DISHES, I SAY

MAKE ONE SUPER DISH.

THIS IS MY HUSBAND'S

CHESTNUT SAUSAGE.

WHILE YOU'RE TALKING.

GO AHEAD AND EAT IT.

Kristi: DON'T MIND IF I

DO.

KEEP TALKING.

THIS TAKES A LITTLE MORE

TIME.

AND YOU CAN KEEP THE OTHER

MEALS -- OR THE OTHER FOOD

CHOICES SORT OF SIMPLE.

ADD IN LITTLE THINGS.

IF YOU'RE GOING TO DO SWEET

POTATOES, YOU CAN GO AND BUY

IT IF YOU DON'T HAVE TIME.

I'LL TELL MY HUSBAND.

YOU CAN PUT CINNAMONS IN

PECANS.

IT IS A HALF HOMEMADE

APPROACH.

YOU CAN ADD THE CHEESE TO

ADD INTO YOUR MASHED

POTATOES, AND BLACKBERRIES

TO PUT INTO A SALAD.

IT KEEPS IT SIMPLE, BUT

STILL GOURMET.

Kristi: WITH OUR KIDS,

WITH THINK ABOUT CHRISTMAS

GIFTS.

THE FOOD AND THE GIFTS.

GIFT SHOPPING CAN BE

STRESSFUL.

I THINK IF YOU CAN MAKE IT A

LITTLE PERSONAL TO THE

RECIPIENT, THEY'RE GOING TO

FEEL REALLY GOOD AND IT IS

GOING TO STRESS-FREE THE

HOLIDAY SEASON.

IF YOU KNOW ONE OF YOUR

FRIENDS IS ALWAYS ON HER

FEET, GET HER A PAIR OF SPA

SOCKS OR NECK WRAP.

WRITE A LITTLE NOTE, USE

THIS AT NIGHT TO RELAX.

FOR A MOM THAT IS RUNNING

ALL THE TIME, A LITTLE MUG

THAT SAYS, "TAKE SOME

TIME."

SO IT GIVES A LITTLE MORE

MEANING AT THE HOLIDAYS.

THESE ARE SUPER SIMPLE

NECKLACES YOU CAN MAKE.

YOU GO TO THE CRAFT STORE

AND GET A CHARM THAT IS

SPECIFIC FOR THE PERSON

YOU'RE GIVING IT TO.

FOR THE TEA PERSON, YOU CAN

GET A LITTLE TEA PUT AND PUT

IT ON THE STRING.

AND YOU PRINTOUT ON YOUR

PRINTER, "TAKE TIME FOR

TEA."

"LET THIS NECKLACE REMIND

YOU YOU ALWAYS HAVE A FRIEND

TO HAVE TEA WITH."

THE NECKLACE ON THE STRING

WAS LESS THAN $6 IN TOTAL.

Kristi: BUT THE THOUGHT

BEHIND IT IS PRICELESS.

IT ELEVATES THE MEANING.

EVEN THE BIBLE IS SUCH A

GREAT GIFT.

A FRIEND WHO IS GOING

THROUGH SOME TOUGH TIMES.

I PUT A LITTLE KEY WITH THE

STRING.

I SAID THIS IS THE KEY TO

RELIEVE YOUR STRESS.

I WOULD MARK OFF SOME

PASSAGES THAT ARE SPECIFIC

TO WHAT THAT PERSON IS GOING

THROUGH WITH A LITTLE NOTE.

IT IS A NICE GIFT TO REMIND

PEOPLE THAT THE LORD IS WITH

THEM.

THEY DON'T NEED TO STRESS.

THEY HAVE THEIR STRESS

RELIEF RIGHT IN THEIR

HANDS.
