German Homeschooler Back with Family
CBN News

CBNNews.com - A German homeschool girl who was taken from her parents a few months ago is back home.
Melissa Busekros turns 16 today.
She celebrated her birthday by running away from the foster home where the state placed her.
We're told she's enjoying a birthday party with several local home schooling families.
In February, Melissa was taken by police in a swat-style raid and placed in a psychiatric ward.
The state put her in foster care because officials deemed her home environment to be "dangerous."
It's unclear what police and authorities will do about her return to her family.
But now that she's 16, she has more legal rights to decide what she'll do about her education and where she will live.
