Women may have a new weapon in the fight against breast cancer: coffee.

The London Daily reports Swedish researchers studied two decades of data from more than 40,000 women.

They found that women who drank five or more cups of coffee a day had a 19 percent lower risk of breast cancer, compared to those who drank one or two cups.

One theory on why this happens is that coffee has anti-oxidants in it, which can protect against the damage in cells that can lead to cancer.
