It's the ninth in a series of pro-life videos and it focuses on a Planned Parenthood baby parts vendor, Advanced Bioscience Resources, Inc. (ABR).

The undercover video from the Center for Medical Progress features Perrin Larton, the Procurememnt Manager for ABR, and Cate Dyer, the CEO of StemExpress, which is ABR's rival company.

"I literally have had women come in and they'll go in the O.R. and they're back out in 3 minutes, and I'm going, 'What's going on?' Oh yeah, the fetus was already in the vaginal canal whenever we put her in the stirrups, it just fell out," Larton explains in the video, describing situations where enough degree of cervical dilation has happened to procure an intact fetus.

When the first of the undercover videos surfaced, Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards denied the abortion giant received any profit off of abortions.

"There are no financial benefits to the clinic," she said on an ABC News. "Absolutely. Look, we look forward to the facts coming out."

Then, in an August 27 letter to Congress, Richards admitted that ABR pays Planned Parenthood $60 "per tissue specimen."

"We now know from Cecile Richards' letter that $60 per collected tissue specimen is what will 'get a toe in' to harvest baby parts at Planned Parenthood Pacific Southwest," CMP Project Lead David Daleiden wrote.

Multiple tissue specimens can come from a single fetus, and $60 per specimen can quickly add up to hundreds of extra dollars in revenue per abortion.

In a statement on Tuesday, Planned Parenthood officials called on the Center for Medical Progresss to share the unedited full-length version of the ninth video.

"The video released today is not about Planned Parenthood. Staff from two independent health care firms that work with medical providers and research institutions appear to discuss their policies and practices," Eric Ferrero, vice president of communication at the Planned Parenthood Federation of America said. "Multiple times in this video, staff from independent health care firms appear to say that Planned Parenthood is not interested in any financial gain and adheres to ethical standards."

"In the twisted world of baby parts trafficking from Planned Parenthood abortion clinics, there are few unbroken rules," Daleiden said.

The sale or purchase of human fetal tissue is a federal felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison or a fine of up to $500,000.

"After the serious admissions in Planned Parenthood's letter to Congress last week, it is imperative for lawmakers and law enforcement to act decisively to determine the full extent of Planned Parenthood and their proxies' lawbreaking, hold them accountable, and stop the taxpayer funding of these barbaric atrocities against humanity," he said.
