Just as the East Coast is thawing out from last week's winter storm, half of the country is getting ready for another round of icy weather.

Twenty-five states are under winter watches or warnings, preparing for a week of snow, ice, and rain.

The Midwest will get hit with snow as early as Tuesday afternoon, covering parts of Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kansas, and Missouri with snow during rush hour.

Then the Northeast is expected to get more snow tonight and into early Wednesday. The New York area could see up to 7 inches, on top of the 8 inches New York City already has gotten.

Meanwhile, more than 1,000 flights have been cancelled across the country Tuesday, making it even harder for thousands of football fans still trying to leave the area after the Super Bowl.
