Federal agents have arrested a Miami man on suspicion of being an Islamic State sympathizer.

Officials say 45-year-old Miguel Moran Diaz was plotting to shoot people, and credit ISIS for his attacks.

The FBI says Diaz, who reportedly described himself as a "lone wolf" for ISIS, had multiple weapons and planned to become a sniper.

He told an informant he wanted to leave behind shell casings with "ISIS" engraved on them. That mark would ensure Americans knew there was an ISIS "sniper in town."
