Flooding Still a Problem as Bill Moves Northeast

Tropical Depression Bill did little damage to Texas or Oklahoma, but flooding is still a big problem as the storm continues to move northeast, dumping large amounts of rain.

Flood watches are in place from Texas to southern Illinois. Houston, already saturated by storms, saw 11 inches.

And in San Antonio, three teenagers had to be rescued from atop their truck when they tried to cross a creek. The rescue team had to bring in a life raft and row them out.

Although the storm system is starting to die down, multiple warnings remain in effect.
