Ibrahim: Obama Downplays Muslim Attacks on Christians

While national and international media attention is focused on Israel's military operation against Gaza, CBN News Contributor Raymond Ibrahim believes the Obama administration is downplaying and even denying the extent of Muslim attacks against Christians around the world.

In an extensive article for the Gatestone Institute, Ibrahim documents cases of harrassment, torture and slaughter of Christians, ranging from Nigeria, Sudan and Somalia in Africa, to Egypt, Iraq and Iran in the Middle East, to Pakistan and Kazakhstan in Asia.

He also claims the Obama administration has missed a number of opportunities to raise the human rights issues with leaders in those countries.

Ibrahim concludes that "while not all, or even most, Muslims are involved, persecution of Christians is expanding."
