WikiLeaks released more documents Tuesday exposing the U.S. National Security Agency for spying on the last three French presidents.

The French foreign ministry summoned the U.S. Ambassador after the news broke. French President Francois Hollande calling the NSA's actions an "unacceptable" security breach.

"This involves unacceptable acts that have already given rise to discussions between the United States and France," Hollande said in a statement after an emergency defense council meeting.

The documents emerged Tuesday in French daily newspaper Liberation and website Mediapart. They appear to capture officials in Paris talking about American espionage of its allies.

France has now joined Germany on the list of U.S. allies targeted by the NSA.
