The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its team of IT professionals. This position is responsible for managing multiple simultaneous projects that cross multiple business domains. Project ownership accountability will span the entire life cycle from feasibility to closure. This individual will be responsible for successful delivery of projects on time, within scope and within budget.
Responsibilities include coordinating and directing the work of key performers in a matrixed environment through effective project planning and management, risk identification, change management, issue resolution and communications. In addition to project management and coordination, the candidate will be responsible for implementation and oversight of key business processes including communication, change control, documentation management, knowledge management and compliance. Responsible for developing solutions to process inefficiencies, redesigning processes to keep up with changes, and partnering with the business teams in setting process improvement goals and execution plans.
This individual must be able to interact and communicate easily with technical developers, business managers and executives. New Media Technician

CBN’s Digital Media Group seeks New Media Technicians to work closely with talent and staff in a hands-on, interdisciplinary new media environment to create a webcast for the CBN.com website. Technicians usually work under the direction of a director or director of photography and will assist with pre-show studio setup and post-show tear down. The position offers an interesting mix of the creative and technical.
This is an on-call position
Which requires working afternoon and evening hours.
Rate of pay is $9.00 per hour.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating digital cameras, soundboards, Tricaster, switchers, Adobe Classroom, Skype and telephone queuing in a studio to produce pictures and provide feeds for directors.
- Assembling, preparing and setting up equipment prior to the show, which can include tripods, monitors, lighting, computers, cables & leads, and headphones.

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its team of IT professionals. This position is responsible for determining the system needs of CBN and translating these needs into business process and system requirements. This individual will provide a bridge between Information Technology, Business Operations, Marketing and Corporate Support functions to ensure that business requirements are cohesive, integrated and contribute to enterprise level efficiencies as well as departmental level improvements.
The successful candidate will be experienced with multiple techniques required to identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems. In addition, this individual must be experienced with defining solutions that include systems components, process improvements and organizational change.
The individual in this position will be challenged with communicating with multiple stakeholders with varying Information Technology needs and translating those needs into a common set of business requirements to support the implementation of enterprise level processes and common business rules. In addition, this individual will be required to negotiate changes in requirements with these varying stakeholders when departmental needs diverge significantly with enterprise goals.

- 7+ years of experience with advanced responsibilities in the area of IT business analysis and solutions.
- Experience with IT project, program, and enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems methodologies.
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician
Network Integration – Virginia Beach, VA
The NOC Technician will be primarily responsible for monitoring the network, servers, internet services and applications to ensure high availability. The NOC Technician performs the first level analysis and remote diagnostics necessary to resolve problems or qualify problems for escalation to other engineers. The Technician will utilize network management tools to detect abnormal behavior or failures within the network. The NOC Technician will be responsible for regular reporting on all monitored systems and the management of the backup functions and strategies.
